Headteacher's Welcome

GCSE RESULTS 2019

All GCSE results will be available for personal collection between 10am and 12 noon on Thursday 22nd August 2019 from school. Girls can collect from the Library and Boys from the Dining Hall.
If  someone is collecting your results on your behalf, they must have signed written permission from you, and have some form of identification with them. We are unable to issue results by telephone for obvious reasons of confidentiality.
Teachers will be on hand to talk through options if required on the day.
We once again remind students of the need to sign the consent form if they would like to grant teaching staff permission to access their Edexcel scripts online. This can be done on August 22nd, merely by signing the consent form inside the results envelope and handing it to the Exams Officer.

Welcome to the Madani Schools Federation

It is a pleasure to welcome you to our website. Madani welcomes pupils of all faiths and denominations from Year 7-11. The federation caters for 300 Boys and 300 Girls in two separate schools but share the same site. We are currently two very successful schools and are both categorised by OFSTED as GOOD.

The Madani Boys School was one of the first schools in the city to come out of requires improvement and become a good school under the new Ofsted framework in January 2016 and is the best attended school in the city with an attendance of 97%.

The Madani Girls School has also received a number of accolades for their performance over the past three years from the DFE and are in the top 100 non-selective schools in the country for showing progress from primary to the end of their time with us and are also in the top 100 non-selective schools in the country for showing the greatest sustained improvement over a three-year period, in 2015 we achieved 79% 5 A*-C including English and Maths. The personal development and welfare in both of our schools is OUTSTANDING.

Sending your child to us is a great honour and a trust that we take very seriously and it is enshrined in British common law, ‘In loco parentis’ is Latin for ‘instead of a parent’ and is the responsibility placed on us as teachers to ensure that the manner in which you care and look after your child at home is carried through when you choose to send your child to one of our schools. However, the success of your child stems from working together and it is important that we build a strong trust between us to support your child over the next five years.
